At Menxar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Products purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@menxar.com with your Order ID and the reason for return.

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.


💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Used or washed products

Products without original tags or packaging

Innerwear, socks, or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)


📍 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Menxar is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
